Cool-Off period

Unless otherwise specified you have 14 days from the arrival of an item to withdraw from a purchase, without providing any reason.

To withdraw from a purchase, you must inform us of your intent to do so (i.e. by emailing the support address), whereupon you will have 14 days to return the item in its original packaging, with any associated tags or seals intact.

We will provide a prepaid return shipping label. You are responsible for securely packaging the item for return shipment.

We will process your reimbursement promptly and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned item. Reimbursements will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction unless agreed otherwise. You will not incur any costs or fees for this reimbursement.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@theemptyhive.com.

Exchanges

If an item is available in multiple sizes or colors, we can arrange an exchange. Please contact us at support@theemptyhive.com with your order number and preferred replacement.

Damaged Items

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Please report damaged items within 7 days of delivery.

If you have received a damaged item, please send us an email at support@theemptyhive.com and we will arrange for the damaged item to be picked up.
